Requirements
- Full or partial qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA or AAT
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputed organization, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Taxation and Audit
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a finance team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for decision making
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and ensure financial stability
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and internal policies
- Liaise with external auditors, banks and other stakeholders
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support organizational growth
