HOSTEL WARDEN (FEMALE) – HEALTHCARE SECTOR
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who would like to take on challenges and join with our winning team.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hostel management, accommodation management, hotel operations, facility management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Previous experience managing staff accommodation or institutional hostels will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willingness to reside at or be available for the hostel when the role requires on-site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of health, safety, fire prevention, emergency procedures, and hygiene standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and maintain the day-to-day operations of the hospital hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of hostel residents.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, room allocations, and hostel activities.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and general standards of the hostel.
- Address residents’ concerns and coordinate with hospital administration when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the relevant authorities.
