EXECUTIVE - REGULATORY AFFAIRS

n

The Executive - Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring that all products comply with regulatory requirements and that the organization’s regulatory activities are managed efficiently to achieve and maintain product registrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    n
  • Prepare, compile, submit, and follow up on product registration dossiers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • n
  • Coordinate and manage product registration, renewal, variation, and other regulatory submissions with the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • n
  • Liaise effectively with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) and other relevant government authorities to facilitate regulatory approvals.
  • n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable pharmaceutical or Medical Devices regulations and company policies.
  • n
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation to maintain product compliance.
  • n
  • Maintain regulatory databases and records, ensuring all licenses, approvals, and registrations remain current.
  • n
  • Provide regulatory support to internal stakeholders by addressing compliance-related queries and coordinating regulatory activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

n
    n
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • n
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • n
  • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical or Medical Devices regulatory requirements, guidelines, and submission processes.
  • n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
