HR EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR Executive – Administration to join our hospitality operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff welfare, uniforms, meals, accommodation and related facilities.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee orientation.
- Oversee general administration, office facilities, housekeeping and related services.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing and administrative requirements.
- Support employee engagement, welfare activities and staff events.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by management.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
