WE ARE HIRING
TOUR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE INBOUND
JOB COMPETENCIES:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in inbound travel.
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- A deep knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is required, while the ability to converse in Tamil is a valuable plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares itineraries.
- Booking travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with outside travel agencies.
- Communicate and coordinate with hotels, transport & other service provide to get quotation and update.
- perform special projects and assignments as directed.
