EXECUTIVE – HR, LEGAL & LABOUR
A reputed company in Colombo invites applications from a vibrant, responsible and career-focused individual to join our team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Below 35 years of age
- Minimum 01year relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, EPF/ETF and HR practices
- Computer Literacy is a MUST, with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Email
- Willing and confident to attend Court cases, Labour Department inquiries and legal proceedings
- Ability to handle employee insurance matters, claims and related documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of English & Sinhala
