We manage premium luxury condominiums & Grade-A commercial buildings in Colombo & Rajagiriya. This is a hands-on management role for experienced engineering professional, ready to manage full asset performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical
- Excellent spoken + written English required
Experience
- Minimum 5 years years’ experience with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role
- Expertise in: LV/MV electrical distribution & standby power generation, Central chiller plants, cooling towers, pumps & large package A/C units, Building Management Systems (BMS), fire alarm & life safety systems, Elevators, escalators, water treatment & sewage systems.
- Strong Background in: Preventive & predictive maintenance planning, Budget preparation, cost control, and energy efficiency programs, Documentation, reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations, Communication & presentation skills for residents, management, and board meetings, Leading, training, and motivating multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams
