Head of Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and properly maintain quality control system, procedures and documentation.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire production process
- Coordinating and carry out the internal quality audit and support the site to meet the QMS requirements.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review and decision making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards and company policies.
- Driving the factory for continues improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Responsible for conducting and monitoring all internal audits, customer audits and supplier audits.
Requirements
- Should have a Bachelor degree in Science.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of quality standards, food safety systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership & team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills and detail oriented.
