VACANCY FOR TECHNICAL OFFICER / ENGINEER & ASSIST.QS
We are a leading CIDA C3-registered and ISO 9001:2015-certified construction company in Sri Lanka, with over 15 years of industry experience in successfully delivering projects across both the government and private sectors.
We are currently seeking a Technical Officer to recruit in Vavuniya and Mawathagama, who is willing to work at project sites and take responsibility for managing construction activities in accordance with project requirements and progress.
Requirements
- BSc. in Civil Engineering / NDT / NCT or equivalent
- Male candidates only.
- More than 05 years of experience in Civil Building construction.
- Experience in Highrise Building is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of structural and civil construction work . and Finishes
- Candidates within the area of 1) Mawathagama - Kurunegala 2) Vavuniya (Expecting near to the site location).
- Excellent Technical, Planning, Coordination, and Project Management skills.
- Able to prepare and monitor site progress, purchase orders, site measurements and relevant documentations.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and construction issues.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the overall project by effectively coordinating and guiding the site team based on the drawings, BOQ, specifications and project programme.
