SENIOR CHEMIST — FOOD TESTING
Requirement
- B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Chemistry, or Food Science
- Minimum 3 years' experience in food analysis and nutritional profiling
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a food testing or nutritional profiling laboratory
- In-depth working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ASTM standard testing methods
- Proven expertise operating chromatographic systems (HPLC/UHPLC) and automated titrators
- Strong familiarity with the fast-paced, multi-matrix demands of a contract laboratory
Responsibilities
- Manage daily testing workflows to guarantee rapid turnaround times for commercial clients
- Execute high-precision analytical testing on diverse food matrices using advanced instrumentation
- Lead the development, optimization, and verification of new analytical testing methods
- Perform protein determinations via Kjeldahl and operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC/UHPLC systems
- Maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity standards required for ISO 17025 accreditation
CHEMIST — FOOD TESTING
Requirement
- B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Chemistry, or Food Science
- 1 year of experience in food testing
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and specialized food testing in line with laboratory SOPs
- Support senior chemists in method execution and quality documentation
- Uphold accuracy and turnaround standards for commercial client samples
TRAINEE CHEMIST / ANALYST
Requirement
- B.Sc in Food Science and Technology; Food Science and Chemistry, or Food Science, OR
- B.Sc in Chemistry / B.Pharm / B.Sc with Chemistry
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist the laboratory team with sample preparation, testing, and documentation
- Learn and apply standard analytical methods under supervision
- Build hands-on experience across food and/or pharmaceutical testing disciplines
