Coordinator - Central Sample

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate buyer CK sample requests with the Merchandising team.
- Review BOMs, trim charts, sketches, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy.
- Monitor the availability of fabrics, trims, pocketing, and interlining.
- Update buyer sample information in the M Plus system.
- Coordinate with Pattern, Cutting, Embellishment, QA, and Production teams.
- Manage sample movement through washing, finishing, and final inspection.
- Prepare complete sample packages for outstation factory sample rooms.
- Maintain daily sample order summaries, priority lists, and status reports.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with outstation factories and attend daily sample meetings.
Individual Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Clothing Technology, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sample Room, Merchandising, or Production Coordination within the apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of garment sample development, BOMs, trims, fabrics, and technical documentation.
- Experience working with ERP/M Plus systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
