Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Job Role
- Plan and maintain a monthly social-media content calendar.
- Photograph and video completed projects, products and factory operations.
- Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories and promotional graphics.
- Develop creative content ideas, hooks and calls-to-action.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Monitor relevant trends and competitor activity.
- Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Test different audiences, creatives and offers.
- Develop campaigns focused on generating WhatsApp inquiries and quotation requests.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead and campaign performance.
- Track social-media and advertising performance.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Continuously improve content and campaigns based on results.
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social-media management or content creation.
- Strong skills in shooting and editing short-form video.
- Good photography and graphic-design skills.
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of social-media analytics and lead generation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content independently.
- Comfortable working on-site at the factory and visiting project locations.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
