QUANTITY SURVEYOR-MEP

With our expansion we are looking for Energetic, Professional and Result Oriented candidates to partner with our team.
KEY AREA(S)
- Preparing & reviewing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, progress claims and payment certificates.
- Handling Monthly progress bills from the point of measuring the work up to the point of receipt of payment.
- Advising on a range of legal, contractual and sensitive issues
- Be responsible to ensure that all operations are carried out to control costs, maximizing value, minimizing future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality
- Provide reports on actual costs vs estimate, identifying underlying reasons for any variance, in particular highlight, challenge & resolve variance to latest plans
- Provide general forecasting & estimating and performing budgetary controls
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Educational Background
B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a related role,
Technical Proficiency
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Communication Skills
Strong command of English with excellent presentation.
