nPython Backend Developers
nWe are seeking Junior/Senior Python Backend Developers to lead backend development efforts, architect scalable services, and optimize system performance across a modern, microservices-based platform. In this role, you’ll drive technical decision-making, guide mid-level developers, and ensure best practices across our service architecture, deployments, and backend operations. Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments is required.

nRequired Skills

- 2+ years (Junior) & 5+ years (Senior) of professional Python development experience (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). n
- Strong background in microservices architecture. n
- Deep knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization practices. n
- Hands-on experience deploying services in AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM). n
- Strong understanding of containerization using Docker and Docker Compose. n
- Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. n
- Experience with queues such as RabbitMQ, Redis, or Celery. n
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills. n
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments. n
