Junior Executive – Operations
At OceanEeds (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka’s premier provider of top-quality ship supplies and marine provisions, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Executive to help streamline our daily operational workflow and deliver exceptional service to our global maritime clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Full availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as operational needs require.
- Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English alongside strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer quotations in a timely manner.
- Negotiate directly with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, confirm delivery schedules, and manage order tracking.
- Handle client inquiries from placement to final delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Monitor active orders continuously to ensure top service standards and on-time fulfillment.
