Manager - HR Analyst (FTC)

Overview of the role
The Manager - HR Analyst will be responsible for delivering actionable insights through HR data analysis, supporting strategic workforce planning, and enhancing decision-making across the organisation. This role requires a strong command of HR metrics, systems, and reporting tools, along with the ability to influence business outcomes through data storytelling and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse HR data across recruitment, performance, compensation, learning, and attrition to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support workforce planning, talent analytics, and organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key HR KPIs and metrics to support strategic HR goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead HR analytics projects and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide insights for policy development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
What equips you for the role
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and HR reporting.
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance frameworks.
