We have an exciting opportunity for a Butler to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised butler service and anticipate guests’ needs throughout their stay.
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, in-room services, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of guest preferences to deliver personalised service.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Arrange in-room amenities, dining, special occasions, and bespoke guest requests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries and requests.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, discretion, confidentiality, and service excellence.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Butler, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.
- Professional appearance, discretion, and a passion for luxury guest service.
