THE PROFILE
- Conduct inspections and verifications relating to operational procedures and practices of Gold Loans, Cash Operations, Security Measures, and Compliance Requirements.
- Assist in identifying emerging individual and aggregate operational risks and report related risk items.
- Ensure compliance with established risk control procedures by examining records, operating practices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Head of Risk Management regarding branches with high-risk audit reports.
- Assist in preventing the recurrence of risk findings and operational issues in identified branches.
THE PERSON
- Good knowledge of Gold Assessing and Identification.
- Ability to analyze information and identify potential risks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 05 years in Gold Loan Operations will be an added advantage.
