ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Talent Acquisition, Development & Organisation Development Partner, you will lead the Group's talent agenda, supporting the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of high-calibre talent across the Group. You will drive initiatives in recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organisation development while working closely with business leaders to build the capabilities needed for future growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Group's talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment, employer branding, talent pipelines, and critical talent retention.
- Drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives aligned with business growth and future capability requirements.
- Develop and implement learning, leadership, and capability development strategies to strengthen organisational capability.
- Lead the Group's performance and talent management frameworks, supporting a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Drive organisation design, organisational effectiveness, culture development, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement, employee experience, and change management initiatives across the Group.
- Use people analytics and workforce insights to support informed talent and organisational decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines, internal talent progression, and future workforce readiness.

QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, or broader Talent Leadership roles.
- Strong experience in succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational design.
- Demonstrated experience in driving employee engagement, culture, change management, and organisational development initiatives.
- Experience in developing high-performing teams and building leadership pipelines.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical talent and organisational solutions.
