HORECA / FOOD SERVICE
Candidate Profile
- Age preferably below 40 years, minimum 3-5 years of HORECA / Food Service Managerial experience in a leading FMCG company, hotels, restaurant & catering companies etc.
- Ability to direct our HORECA team to work collaboratively with key food service customers like hotels, restaurants etc. by offering product solutions for their specific needs i.e. menus, recipes & promotions to increase their sales and profitability.
- Strong credibility, integrity and inspiring leadership to motivate our HORECA team to reach their KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Sinhala and knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.
Successful candidates will be required to train, guide, motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve company objectives and sales targets and ensure effective management of the HORECA channel.
