SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LEASING MARKETING

THE JOB ROLE
As a Senior Executive – Leasing Marketing, you will be responsible for driving branch business growth, portfolio expansion, and profitability while ensuring high standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The role involves executing and strengthening lending and marketing strategies, achieving assigned KPIs, expanding the loans and advances portfolio, and supporting sustainable business growth. You will play a key role in business development, partner negotiations, credit risk management, and enhancing customer service standards across operations. THE JOB ROLE
- Oversee and support branch-level business operations, growth initiatives, profitability, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Execute and refine the company’s leasing and lending strategies to expand the loans and advances portfolio in line with assigned KPIs.
- Drive business growth through structured marketing initiatives, field activities, and portfolio development strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish new business partnerships and channels to enhance business generation.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards across all products and portfolios.
- Adhere to company credit risk parameters and support the implementation of proactive measures to mitigate potential risk factors.
- Support and strengthen customer service standards, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across all operational areas.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff to achieve branch and individual performance targets.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
- Sound knowledge of fintech-based lending and financial products, credit evaluation, business development, and market insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy with a good command of MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
