ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Total Rewards, HR Compliance & Services Partner, you will lead the Group's reward governance, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. You will play a key role in ensuring effective HR policies, accurate payroll and reward processes, regulatory compliance, reliable HR data, and consistent HR service delivery across the Group. The role requires an experienced HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Group’s Total Rewards framework, including compensation, benefits, salary reviews, incentive schemes, and remuneration governance.
- Oversee payroll governance across Group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, labour, and employment-related requirements and maintain the Group’s HR compliance framework.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, offboarding, and final settlements.
- Drive HR operational excellence through standardized processes, controls, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, HR audits, compliance reviews, workforce reporting, and governance requirements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance programmes, vendors, and service providers while providing HR insights to support business decisions.

QUALIFICATION
- Hands-on experience in successfully implementing a Group-wide HRIS, including time & attendance, leave management, and payroll integration.
- Highly proficient in HR analytics, workforce data management and dashboard development, with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, statutory compliance, labour regulations, and HR governance.
- Experience managing large-scale payroll, compensation, and benefits frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and service delivery processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
