We're Hiring: Interns - Call Center / Marketing ( Land Sales )
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via telephone and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, prices, and promotions.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper customer records.
- Support lead generation, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Energetic, confident, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
