PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced, organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing residential housing construction team in Malabe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage residential construction projects from planning through to final handover
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project
- Develop, implement and maintain construction method statements
- Plan and manage labor allocation according to project requirements and work programmes
- Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Monitor project progress, milestones, productivity and deadlines
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Conduct and maintain quality inspection records, checklists and relevant QA/QC documentation
- Monitor material requirements, usage and wastage
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and update management on project status
- Maintain proper project documentation, records and approvals
- Coordinate inspections, snagging and rectification works
- Prepare and maintain project completion, as-built and handover documents
- Coordinate the final client handover and project close-out
- Ensure health, safety and good housekeeping standards are maintained at all project sites
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management
- Strong proficiency in MS Project – Essential
- Experience in preparing method statements and construction programmes
- Experience in labor planning and allocation
- Good understanding of quality control and inspection documentation
- Experience with project completion and handover documentation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage
