Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Chartered Engineer qualification with Corporate Membership of IESL.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience for the Chartered Civil Engineer position.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience for the Senior Chartered Civil Engineer position.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in construction, engineering or project environments will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil engineering projects and site activities.
- Ensure projects comply with required quality, safety and technical standards.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, resources and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve engineering and site-related issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams where required.
