Sales Promotion Officer
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Promotion Officer (Agriculture). The role involves driving agricultural product sales, coordinating with distributors and dealers, ensuring timely product availability, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet territory targets.
Competencies
- Diploma in Agriculture or qualified with NVQ level 5/6
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Field Assistant
- Ability work independently under minimum supervision
- Literate in general IT applications and English language
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments and situations, with emotional intelligence and confidentiality
- Knowledge in Agricultural products
- Young, energetic and self-motivated team player willing to work on shift basis and beyond
Scope & Responsibilities
- Responsible in achieving the territory targets (product and volume wise)
- Coordinating orders with the sub dealers and distributors
- Coordinating sales targets with distributors and dealers
- Going on distribution rounds with distributors and ensuring timely availability of products
- Debt recovery at Sub-dealer / Distributor / Stockist level, as directed by the Area Manager
