Interior Architect Draughtsman
Specialising in interior architecture
Join our team and be part of a creative studio delivering considered, high-quality interiors from concept to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings for interior projects
- Develop plans, elevations, sections and details
- Coordinate drawings and information across the design team, consultants and contractors
- Assist with space planning, layout development and design documentation
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and up to date across all project stages
- Prepare drawing sets for client presentations, tender and construction
- Liaise with consultants and external specialists as required
- Assist with site visits, surveys and taking measurements
- Update drawings based on site information and project changes
- Maintain organised drawing files, standards and revision records
- Support the wider interior design team across projects
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Diploma or degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software (SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite etc.)
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
- Good understanding of interior construction, materials and building systems
- Detail-oriented, organised and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A passion for creating exceptional interior spaces
