Staff Assistant Grade

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Lead Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer leads, driving deposit conversions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective follow-up and coordination with branch networks.
Who We're Looking For:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- A diploma or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
Age Limit: 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about deposit products and services.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers to convert inquiries into successful deposit placements.
- Guide customers through the fund transfer process and advise them on visiting the nearest branch to complete deposit placements.
- Coordinate closely with branch teams to ensure smooth and successful deposit placements.
- Track and monitor each lead until conversion or closure.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on lead conversion performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience.
