Assistant Manager Human Resources (Dankotuwa)

Join us as the Assistant Manager – Human Resources and help shape employee experiences across our manufacturing operations in Dankotuwa and warehouse in Welisara. You will work with leaders to support engagement, industrial relations, and HR operations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support employee engagement and industrial relations.
- Assist with recruitment, performance management, and learning initiatives.
- Provide HR and budget inputs for workforce planning.
- Oversee administration functions, including facilities, security, transport, canteen, and compliance.
- Manage vendors, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Who We Want
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree and/or professional qualification in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Industrial Relations.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean Management and TPM exposure will be an advantage.
- HR professional who can balance people, operations, and business priorities while driving impact across our factory and warehouse operations.
