CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for two customer-focused and well-presented individuals to join our Jetour Showroom as Customer Care Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers
- Create an excellent first impression
- Understand needs and direct customers to relevant staff
- Attend calls and inquiries
- Manage the reception/front office area
- Coordinate appointments and visits
- Maintain customer records
- Support sales and promotions
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L preferred
- Relevant front office/customer care/reception/hospitality experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- English and Sinhala proficiency; Tamil added advantage
- Good computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to work rostered hours including weekends
