THE PROFILE
- Timely management of all cashing functions in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures, with minimum discrepancies.
- Maintain & balance daily cash and reconcile any discrepancies prior to end of the day.
- Maintain zero operational lapses and minimize losses. (Cash excesses / shortages)
- Branch risk attributable of the Teller function to be at minimum "Satisfactory" level.
- Manage the transactions of customers efficiently and accurately with a fast transaction turnaround time.
THE PERSON
- Freshers to be recruited as Trainee Tellers.
- A diploma or equivalent educational qualifications.
- Knowledge in basic CBSL guidelines will add value.
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Maintaining honesty and integrity are key factors of the job role.
