- Engineering Manager — Materials | Product Development | Sustainable Infrastructure
- Engineering Executive — Materials | Product Development | Sustainable Infrastructure
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of materials, polymers, composites, asphalt, construction materials or waste-derived materials.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct technical research and interpret test results.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (Sri Lanka, Africa and Middle East).
- For Manager level: 3-7+ years of relevant engineering/project experience preferred.
- For Executive level: 0-3 years of experience; strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with working in asphalt plants is an added advantage.
