AGC Innovate (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan sustainability-driven company hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals to support business development, partnerships, and market expansion across Sri Lanka, Africa, and the Middle East. We work on innovative circular economy and sustainable infrastructure solutions, including Plastic Modified Bricks (PMB) and Plastic Waste Utilization.

- Business Development Manager (Sri Lanka, Africa & Middle East)
- Business Development Executive (Sri Lanka, Africa & Middle East)
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Management, Engineering, Town & Country Planning, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (Manager / Executive level).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka, Africa, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Sri Lanka, Africa, and the Middle East in line with our strategic goals.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers (e.g., governments, municipalities, developers, contractors, consultants, and waste management companies).
- Conduct market research, pipeline development, and competitor analysis across target regions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and technical briefs tailored to client needs.
- Support and coordinate pilot projects, partnerships, and MoU/NDA processes.
- Drive business development follow-ups and ensure progress towards agreed targets.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and sustainability teams across the value chain to deliver integrated solutions.
- Represent AGC Innovate at industry events, site visits, and stakeholder meetings in Sri Lanka, Africa, and the Middle East.
