Visa Counselors/Consultants or Junior Lawyers

We are looking for motivated visa counselors, immigration case workers, and junior lawyers to join our growing team and support clients who need reliable, practical, and ethical immigration guidance.

Duties of Visa Counselors or Consultants

  • Assess clients' visa refusal letters, application history, and supporting documents to identify key concerns.
  • Explain refusal reasons to clients in clear, simple, and professional language.
  • Advise clients on practical next steps, including reapplication preparation, document improvement, or referral to a licensed lawyer where required.
  • Meet clients through online or in-person consultations to understand their immigration goals, concerns, and case background.
  • Analyze each client's case in detail and provide professional consultation based on their documents, refusal reasons, eligibility, and available options.
  • Onboard new clients by collecting required information, explaining the service process, setting expectations, and guiding them through the next steps.
  • Prepare client intake notes, case summaries, checklists, and document review comments.
  • Assist clients with drafting explanation letters, cover letters, statements of purpose, and supporting submissions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all personal information is handled confidentially.
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, video meetings, or online consultation platforms.
  • Coordinate with senior consultants, immigration lawyers, and internal team members for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, refusal trends, immigration policies, and documentation standards.
  • Provide honest, ethical, and client-focused guidance without making false guarantees of visa approval.

Qualifications and experience

  • Very good spoken English is a must
  • Presentable character and presentable appearance are a must
  • Previous experience as a visa consultant, or a counselor is a must
  • A junior Lawyer does not need previous experience
  • Ability to meet and speak with clients, convincing the clients, strong written communication skills and attention to detail, ability to explain complex immigration issues in simple language, commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical client service.
  • Diploma or Degree
