The Person...
- BSc Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.
- More than 10 years' hands on experience in Building Operation & Maintenance is a must. Including,
- Electrical systems (Electrical Distribution System, lighting, BMS system & ELV Systems, lighting & earthing system)
- Air Conditioning Systems, elevators, generators, LPG, Fire Detection and Protection Systems
- Plumbing & drainage, pumps & motors
- Knowledge in Civil Engineering & Project management will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, both oral & written is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Auto CAD
- Age below 55 years
- The candidate should be a team player and strong leader with excellent communication and presentation skills,
