D&J Engineers-SL (Pvt) Ltd is a Mechanical/Structural consulting company conveniently located in WTC Colombo. We are an engineering company with a dynamic reputation, and due to a steady increase in business, we are looking to expand our team with both Senior and standard-level Mechanical and Structural Engineers.

Who We’re Looking For
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Senior: minimum 6 years' experience
- With strong 3D modelling and drawing skills
- Competency in Autodesk Inventor, SOLIDWORKS, Abaqus, Strand7 would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong mechanical engineering competence and proven practical ability.
- Junior: fresh graduates welcome
Job Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of mechanical engineering.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Implement quality control measures to verify designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and analyses to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, regulations, and codes of practice.
Job Role: Junior Mechanical Engineer
- Develop and design structural systems and mechanical components, ensuring they meet safety, functionality, and project specification requirements.
- Utilize CAD/3D modelling software to assess design feasibility.
- Adhere to quality control measures implemented.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications and documentation for designed components, systems.
- This Junior role is especially well suited to fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced engineers, offering hands-on mentorship from experienced Senior engineers within our working and learning culture - a genuine pathway to build practical, real-world design skills from day one.
