WE ARE HIRING
BRAND RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
JDM Group of Companies is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and capable Brand Relations Executive to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Introduce and present JDM's fabric collections to fashion brands, boutiques, designers, and apparel businesses
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics
- Develop new client relationships and expand the company's brand network
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, sampling, and customer requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide professional support
- Contribute towards company sales targets and business growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Basic to good knowledge of fabrics, fashion, or textile products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in meeting and communicating with brands and business clients
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Professional, responsible, and well-organized
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage
- Previous experience in textiles, fashion, customer relations, business development, or a similar role is preferred
