We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Sustainability Department. The ideal candidate will work with our team on achieving the company sustainability and Climate goals, meet the requirements of sustainability (ESG) standards, and monitor the progress of our green initiatives.

SUSTAINABILITY AND STRATEGIC PLANNING (SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER)
We are seeking a highly capable leader to drive sustainability and strategic planning initiatives within Alliance Finance Co. Pvt. Ltd.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet the company sustainability and reporting requirements
- Support the efforts to maintain sustainability standards across the organization.
- Monitor and report on the progress of green initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for sustainability improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability efforts and outcomes.
- Measure Company GHG emissions and obtain Carbon certifications.
- Support achieving IFRS S1 and S2 compliance and disclosure requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Green Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Four Years of relevant experience as a sustainability/climate professional
- Strong understanding of Climate and sustainability concepts and standards.
- Strong report writing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet.
