Junior Executive - Finance
Globactiv Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, A premier Global Freight Forwarder, is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Junior Executive – Finance. This pivotal position is dedicated to driving our vision of delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions in the competitive freight and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Arrange customer invoice dispatching and tracking the records.
- Handle bank reconciliations and liaise with financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Reporting to the Finance Head.
Requirements
- After A/L or part qualified AAT/CA.
- Prior experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is definite advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
