We are a sterile Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company looking for a young energetic individual with pristine qualifications and experience to take the lead in the following position. The project is at the development stage and is located in BOI, Export Processing Zone, Koggla.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers to meet organizational needs
- Secure favorable terms, pricing and delivery conditions through effective negotiations
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed upon terms and conditions
- Manage end to end procure to pay process including purchase order creation and documentation
- Ensure procurement follows company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationship with vendors
Qualifications & Requirement
- Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement
- Excellent team player with an outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills in English, both Verbal and written
