REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Southern & North Central Province)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets from lead to close.
- Support planning, forecasting, and management of the assigned region.
- Ensure timely cash collection within credit terms.
- Coordinate with After Sales for installations and service.
- Organize regional activities to boost sales.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete sales cycle.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Biology/Biotechnology or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institutes.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ of sales experience in Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written.
- An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve set targets.
- Those who are residing in Anuradhapura/ Galle area will be preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively on regular customer visits.
