Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products and services.
- Understand customer needs to offer suitable products.
- Generate leads and manage customer follow-ups.
- Build strong, professional customer relationships.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
- School leavers and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Reside in the Colombo suburb.
