CREDIT RISK SPECIALIST
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE GRADE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Credit Risk to support credit risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, Loan Review Management (LRM) activities, and the development of risk management practices to ensure sound credit quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with three passes (preferably in the Mathematics or Science stream, which will be considered an added advantage), OR a relevant professional qualification.
- At least one year experience in the Credit Risk Management/Credit Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Loan Review Management (LRM) activities, including portfolio monitoring and credit risk identification.
- Conduct independent credit risk assessments for credit facilities above LKR 10 Mn and provide recommendations.
- Prepare risk reports and presentations for Management and Board Committees.
- Develop and review credit risk policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Monitor portfolio risk trends and support risk mitigation initiatives to strengthen overall credit quality.
