ASSOCIATE – CLIENT EXPERIENCE CENTRE

Key Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound Communications attending clients incoming communications via phone calls and Emails with related to products queries, Financial Transactions and online platform resolutions.
- Managing Outbound calls make outbound calls for sales, lead generation, client satisfaction surveys, one time problem resolution and follow-ups
- Resolving Complaints Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally, actively listen to customer concerns, and work towards an effective resolution at the first point of contact.
- Meeting Performance Metrics Achieving Monthly Accounts target and growing AUM with client relationships over calls and maintain service quality.
Key Soft Skills
- Active Listening – Pay full attention without interrupting to understand the root cause of an issue.
- Empathy: Stay calm, patient, and understanding when dealing with upset callers.
- Adaptability: Juggle multiple software tools while navigating unexpected questions or changing scripts.
- Managing Internal Stake holder – good coordination with Back Office team
Candidate’s Profile
- Completion of GCE Advance Level.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to speak all three languages (English, Sinhala & Tamil).
- Highly motivated self – starter with ability to multitask and complete relevant job tasks on cut-offs timelines.
- Maintain Consistency focus, high level of accuracy, sense of self confidentiality, efficiency and attention in detail.
- Previous work experience in call center would be an advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
