Key Responsibilities
- Collection-cum Recovery Executive
Responsible for managing debtor follow-ups and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role includes monitoring overdue accounts, handling defaulted debts, initiating recovery actions, and coordinating with legal representatives to pursue necessary legal action where required, while supporting overall credit control processes.
- Data Analyst
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards. Analyze business performance and identify trends. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and other analytical tools. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Sales/Business Development Executive
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
- Sales-cum Airport Operations Intern
Gain exposure to both sales and airport operations within the air freight sector. Responsibilities include supporting customer coordination, assisting in business development activities, liaising with internal teams and airport operations, and contributing to the smooth handling of cargo and documentation processes.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications in the respective field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Email)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience will be an added advantage for executive roles
- Undergraduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply for internship positions
