What you do
- Implement Allianz Group policies and local regulatory requirements, including Customer Protection Standard.
- Review and issue policies; conduct compliance trainings.
- Conduct Compliance Assurance Testing and Monitoring for Allianz Lanka.
- Provide leadership in managing internal and external stakeholders, providing compliance advisory to business lines.
- Liaising with the Allianz Regional/Global Compliance functions on behalf of Allianz Lanka.
- Support/control effectiveness testing and risk assessments (including NFRM cycle).
- Prepare compliance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for monthly reporting to the FIU.
- Ensure quarterly reporting on Mandatory KRIs under CPS.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
- Acceptable Financial Crime Compliance certifications, licenses, or related qualifications.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compliance topics including regulatory requirements.
- Risk assessments and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.
