Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support business decision making.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and internal controls.
- Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for sustainable growth.

Requirements
- Candidates must have successfully completed the CA qualification (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field).
- Minimum 7 - 10 years' experience in finance with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
