Location : Colombo City Centre (Colombo 02) & Havelock City Mall (Colombo 05)

We are seeking a skilled Commis III, preferably with hot range experience, to manage the kitchen operations at a cinema location with a small team. If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Preparation of food as per set menus, ensure meals are of quality standards, meet kitchen safety/ hygiene standards, maintain inventory of food & supplies.
- Candidate should be flexible to work based on an assigned work roster
- Posses a professional certification in cookery and be diligent.
- Prior work experience in a similar capacity.
