Manager Finance
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is passionate about delivering accurate financial insights, ensuring strong governance, and supporting business growth through effective financial management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting function of the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
- Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SLFRS, taxation, auditing, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
