DIGITAL MARKETING & PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- CONTENT & CREATIVE
- Shoot and edit engaging video content (reels, BTS, styling tips).
- Design static graphics for social media, promotions and ads.
- Draft and deliver day-to-day content across social assets and campaigns.
- SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY
- Manage social channels and foster community engagement.
- Respond to comments and DMs; escalate customer content as needed.
- Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across platforms.
- PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Plan, run and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting and promotional campaigns.
- Track performance and optimise results.
- PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIONS
- Identify and secure brand partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with partners to maximise impact.
- Find new opportunities to grow brand awareness.
- CUSTOMER MARKETING
- Execute email campaigns and CRM-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) for retention and promotions.
- Support promotional campaigns with customer-centric content.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or a similar role.
- Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Can shoot and edit video content (phone or mirrorless camera) and use Premiere/CapCut or similar tools.
- Have working knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
- Have experience managing influencer or brand partnerships.
- Have used an email/CRM tool (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar).
- Understand what makes fashion and lifestyle content engaging on scroll.
- Are creative, analytical and comfortable juggling multiple areas of marketing.
- Have a genuine interest in menswear, fashion and style.
- Like variety and enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role.
